The Learning Objectives

Blooms Taxonomy - levels of cognitive ability

Knowledge - to be able to recall, state, recognise

Comprehension - To be able to explain, identify, give reasons for

Application - To be able to use, apply, construct

Analysis - to be able to compare and contrast, breakdown, differentiate between

Synthesis - Amalgamate, bring together a diverse series of items or information to create or do something new - design, summarise, organise

Evaluation - to be able to to judge, give arguments for/against, critically review.

Terminology Used To Set Objectives and Outcomes

Strategy 1
All - everyone will achieve this (lesser ability)
Most - majority of class will complete this (average ability/middle range)
Some - challenge and stretch activity (gifted and talented)
